Motiwala College of Educational Sciences , Nasik covers the entire gamut of human existence, be it at the individual level or at the societal/national level. It is common knowledge that the quality of a nation depends upon the quality of its inhabitants. It is a group of individuals who makes a society and a group of society makes a nation. We as a training institute mould our Student -Teacher’s to make our future generation more sensible and responsible towards humanity and Nation as a whole. We focus to make our students teachers more experiential and confident towards facing their classes and updating their knowledge continuously.We focus more on the values imparting like: Universal brotherhood, equality and employ ability in our curriculum through various outreach activities.

Motiwala College of Educational Sciences, Nasik has a vision of India to have a new society inspired by the vision of dignity of man, his freedom and individuality, his strength and his capacity to love and serve human beings- through egalitarian society free from notions of high or low.

We cater our Student Teachers’ in such a way all the curriculum and extra -curricular activities so that the same mission will be imparted to the society in a new way.

"The most sanctified of all services that a Human Soul can offer to humanity is that of teaching. One has to accept this profession beyond a source of livelihood, which it would undoubtedly fulfill, and more so when a true teacher shows a sense of detachment from the same. A true teacher is not the one who creates geniuses but the one who guides, nurtures, and inspires a kindly soul. A learned man has rightly said, 'One who dares to teach.' Bahá’u’lláh, in His Holy Writings, states, 'Among the greatest of all services that can possibly be rendered by man to Almighty God is the education and training of children.'

The Motiwala College of Educational Sciences endeavors to gift society with teachers who would go far beyond being just dispensers of curriculum-based education, but inspiration to learners, facilitators of knowledge, mentors, and guides to the students, a motivator, and exemplar to their pupil. All this requires a change in the paradigm; today, a teacher is not expected to be all-knowing, but rather one who knows the sources of knowledge and can humbly and sincerely guide his students to that source.
