Motiwala College of Educational Sciences was established in the year 2008 and has the following vision.
Motiwala College of Educational Sciences will provide teachers to society, who will not merely be dispensers of curriculum but inspirations to learners; facilitators of knowledge, mentors, and motivators to students. They will always endeavor to reach the source of knowledge and guide their students humbly and sincerely to that source.
So according to our vision our area of distinctiveness is in placement cell.
Need of placement cell : - To reduce unemployment of the youth.
Objectives of placement cell :
To motivate & counsel the student about educational practices.
Improve their intelligence and emotional quotient.
To facilitate real-time preparation for the teacher selection process.
To plan & organise career talks & personality development programmes.
Organising pre-placement training workshops or seminars for students.
This cell is committed to selecting excellent teachers for reputed schools, aiming to bridge the gap between aspiring educators & esteemed educational institutions.
Our primary objective is to facilitate a seamless transition for our graduates into the professional teaching domain, ensuring they find rewarding career in well-respected schools as we cater training to our student’s teachers.
Activities :
Career Guidance & Counselling : Conducting workshops and seminars to provide students with insights into the teaching profession, helping them make informed career choices. We make sure that our students would perform well in the interview so we provide mock interview to the Student Teacher.
Skill Enhancement Workshops : Organizing workshops on effective teaching techniques, classroom management, and educational technology to equip students with modern pedagogical skills.
Internship and Practical Experience : Arranging teaching internships and practical experiences in collaboration with partner schools to provide hands-on exposure to classroom dynamics.
Mock Interviews and Resume Building : Offering personalized guidance on resume preparation and conducting mock interviews to boost students' confidence and readiness for actual job interviews.
Collaborations with Reputed Schools : Building strong relationships with renowned schools, both at the regional and national levels, to facilitate direct placement opportunities for our graduates.
Final call for the demonstration : The Student Teachers were called in the school premises for the final demonstration and the appointment letters were given to the individuals.
Achievements :
In the academic year 2017-18, 14 students were successfully placed in reputed schools across Nasik.
Our 35 students were placed during the year 2018-2019.
In the year 2019-20 our 37 students were placed.
In the year of 2020-1 our 39 students get placed.
Our 35 students get placed in the year 2021-22.
